Picture Perfect Tips for Your Newborn Session
Welcoming your new baby into the world is truly a magical experience and Sweet Seedlings Photography is passionate about creating heart-melting, timeless images to capture the emotion, incredible connection, and love felt in those first days of your baby’s life. To help make the first photos of your newest family member extra special, we have a few suggestions.
When packing your hospital bag, don’t forget to include a special baby blanket, swaddle wrap, or cute stuffy. Soft and cuddly blankets and loveys add color and texture to your baby’s photos and just ooze adorableness.
Be mindful when choosing outfits and accessories for dressing up your baby. Keep it simple and remember that the focus of the photos should be on your baby’s sweet little features.
We love when mom, dad, siblings, and other family members participate. Have everyone wear a solid, neutral top and keep jewelry and nail polish to a minimum to keep the focus on your beautiful, new angel.
What to expect when you sign up for a complimentary newborn sitting with Sweet Seedlings Photography
During your FREE session, our experienced, newborn photographer will take several traditional and artistic poses of your baby, including skin-to-skin, pouty lips, wrinkly hands and feet, as well as poses including mom, dad, and siblings.
Although sessions will primarily focus on your newest arrival, we welcome partners and siblings to participate to capture images of you all as a family.
At the conclusion of your session, you’ll be presented with a number of images to choose from. Orders are conveniently taken bedside. Digital images will be given to you before discharge, so that you can share them online immediately.
